Pricing questions
How does RichSMTP pricing work?
You choose a monthly plan that includes a number of emails, billed in advance each month. If you send more than your plan includes, the extra emails are billed at your plan’s overage rate per 1,000 on your next invoice. Every plan includes the full platform.
What happens if I send more than my plan includes?
Your mail keeps flowing. Emails beyond your monthly allowance are billed at the overage rate of your plan, from $1.00 per 1,000 on Starter down to $0.40 per 1,000 on Scale. If you regularly go over, moving up a plan is usually cheaper.
Do unused emails roll over to the next month?
No. Each plan’s allowance applies to one billing month and resets at the start of the next one.
Is a dedicated IP included?
Yes, on every plan. RichSMTP has no shared IPs: Starter and Growth include one dedicated IP, Business two and Scale a private pool of four. Additional dedicated IPs cost $49 per IP per month on any plan, and every new IP is warmed up before it carries full volume.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Upgrades take effect straight away, with the difference for the current month charged pro rata. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the billing month. There is no cancellation fee.
Is there a free trial or a free plan?
No. RichSMTP is a premium service with reviewed accounts and dedicated infrastructure. Instead, your first payment is covered by a 14-day refund window, as set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Which payment methods and currency do you accept?
Plans are billed in US dollars by card through our payment processor. Enterprise plans can be invoiced. Taxes that apply to you are added where required.
